We require a 3 - day advance booking for your requested date. All services requested require a 50% deposit to hold your requested date. Once deposit is made, it is non- refundable. Set up will begin approximately one hour prior to your event's commencement. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should their be an issue with the booking process. Cancellations must be done 48 hours before event date. Please note that you must choose which payment option you will commence with when booking, then click "Pay with Suncash", to confirm your online payment.When paying with Suncash,ensure to enter your first and last name in the "Merchant Id" Section of the payment form. If you choose "Pay in Person", Exclusive 360 will contact you to confirm your payment.
